We have a 30-day return policy.
In order to be eligible for a return, your item must remain intact, in the same condition, and in its original packaging with tags.
You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return.

CASES OF DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order after delivery. If the purchase is defective, damaged, or an incorrect item is delivered, contact us immediately for rectification.

If your product falls into the categories below, it does not qualify for a refund.

4- Items that exceed the 30-day return period.

EXCHANGES
Right after your return is accepted, please proceed to make a separate purchase for a new item. This process is the fastest way to make an exchange.
REFUNDS
We will notify you shortly after receiving and inspecting your returned product and inform you of further developments. Upon approval of the return, we will proceed with an automatic refund on your initial payment.
Please bear in mind that it may take a short while for your bank or credit card company to process the transaction.
